What does Kindness mean to you? It is so much more than just being polite, smiling, or agreement.
Kindness is much deeper in meaning, biblically. It is giving mercy, sometimes undeserved. It is enacting a deep love of Jesus shown with compassion, especially in difficult situations. It is a strong commitment to the Word of God by our words and actions that can change someone’s life at any given moment.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ, God forgave you. Ephesians 4:32
There is lots of evil in the world. Thoughtful words, actions, care have longer lasting effects than evil, that make lives better one kindness at a time. It is a fruit of the spirit. It is showing the true heart of God.
