Without rest there is no time hear the Divine. Rest is not just about sleep. Rest can be taking a much needed walk with your dog to ponder, pray, inquire. Rest can be sitting on the back porch listening to the songs of the night creatures in wonder and awe listening for His voice. Rest can be playful and restful at the same time. Many wonderous mysteries are discovered while resting. Creative juices will flow when being restfully playful. In a world that encourages a work till you drop attitude be the brave soul that chooses to nurture your soul instead of blindly following the expectations of the masses.
