As I sit writing this with God I am reminded of just how much Holy communicates with us through every aspect of life. Even at the outdoor horse show in the rain this weekend God was present.
There was a medical emergency between the barn area and the show ring (non-rider). People gathered around. As I approached I asked what I could do to help. An ambulance had been called, the situation was under control, and as I walked on toward the ring I felt the nudge to just pray. As I stood in the rain saying a quick prayer for God’s healing, I heard in my spirit God say, “I am here.” I smiled and in that moment I sensed the comfort and beauty of His care. Never doubt that God is not present. Prayer is a beautiful thing.
For behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you. Luke 17:21
