The mesmerizing drops of rain remind us of the rhythm of how God works in our lives. Methodically, steadily, and with precision amid the mudslides of trials we face comes to mind. We must just ride out the storms with Holy even if it takes 40 years in faith and patience.
Faith in how God works can reshape our lives over time. It requires patience. As well, the faithful work of God is evident as we are reshaped within into the Holy image of Christ in faithfulness. It is always in Holy timing, orderly, and very significant.
Make known to me your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths. Psalm 25:4
Sometimes God works in our lives with quiet whispers of wisdom. Sometimes it is through a loud wake-up call when we least expect it. Either way God will complete His will for each of us with Holy mysteries that can move stones and reshape lives. That’s how God works.
