Remember, God is good no matter what the world is saying, doing, or behaving. God does not call us to slaughter, slander, or shame each other.
Sometimes life does feel like it’s pressing in on all sides, smothering what we believe, what we know, and what is right. Our faith in our good God is our sustainer in all ways.
Jesus overcame the world by defeating death. It is the one thing humans can not do, defeat death. Yet, calling on the name of Jesus saves us to eternal life. By accepting, believing, and practicing our faith daily, we, too, defeat death to hell.
Today is the day to start living like God is good, all the time, in every way. What is holding you back?
I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and on Your wondrous works. People shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, and I will declare Your greatness. They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, and shall sing of Your righteousness. Psalm 145:5-7
