Every night is a chance to put the day to rest in the past because tomorrow morning, God promises we start anew. If you carry today’s anger, emotions, and chaos to bed, it lingers through the night and ruins the full possibilities God has in store for you tomorrow.
Each day is going to give us trouble in some way or another. Do not dwell there. At the end of the day, give it to God, say a prayer of thanks for the lessons learned, and sleep well knowing tomorrow holds the hope positive possibilities.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication (seeking help) with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Phillipines 4:6
