Esther is not the only one to be born, raised, and reigned as Queen in the right place and at the right time “for such a time as this“. We are all right where we are right now, TODAY for a reason, a purpose, a world worth saving and a people’s prayer warrior; living a life dedicated to the work of the Divine. Do you know your “for such a time as this“?

excerpts from the book HIS WAY, written by Donna Pool, Chapter 8 Streams of the Heart: “Esther’s story reveals many things about her unselfish character. She was a risk taker. She was brave and courageous in the court of an unpredictable king, who happened to be her husband. She kindly and respectfully stood up to the ruthless and dangerous king on behalf of herself and her people. Rather than acting impulsively out of fear and anger, she made a plan, and chose prayer first. Her actions over the course of time showed she was a careful planner, an organizer, and willing to listen to advice. She took action, not just talked about what needed to be done…She went to God the Father in prayer and asked others to intercede on behalf of the Jewish people BEFORE she went in front of the King, her husband (who had already discarded one wife before Esther for not parading naked in front of the court so he could show off her body). She forsook her own security and safety, and was willing to die for her people if the king would not honor her plea, rather than selfishly flee only to save only herself. We learn from Esther that God always has a plan, ask for it, and be willing to do what He says even when it looks nothing like we expect it to. ”

Esther listened to the Holy Spirit’s direction in prayer, enlisted others to pray, and overcame death, destruction, lies, and treason peacefully. She orchestrated court dinners, banquets, prayer teams, and the TRUTH was gradually revealed of who had falsely used King Xerxes name and signet ring to order the killing of all Jews (Esther was a Jew). She saved not only her people, but herself as well. Truth prevailed and the deceiver and deceptive courtier, Haman, was caught up with in the end. Esther did NOT forfeit her purpose to be fulfilled by someone else. Esther chose to stand and do the right thing for herself and humanity, knowing if she didn’t she would have wasted an opportunity to fulfill a life purpose for God for such a time as that.

Are you procrastinating on fulfilling your destined life purpose for “such a time as this”? Unsure where to begin or even what it might be ? BE AN ESTHER! Pray first, ask people to pray on your behalf, make a plan with God’s help… Change Your Life = Change The World!
