My grandmother never got to see the harvest she planted in me. She prayed for me daily, sent me bible verses, talk to me about life and God, taught me how to survive in faith, and loved me unconditionally with an iron fist of manners and love. I blew her seeds off, but she never gave up. Because of her, and the unconditional love of Christ, today, I scatter seeds of love, hope, compassion, kindness. Sown in love and life and hardship, seeds are good or bad. Take care what you’re sowing. Be thankful for those who Persevere and never give up.
Then Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is like someone who plants seed in the ground. Night and day, whether the person is asleep or awake, the seed still grows, but the person does not know how it grows. By itself the earth produces grain. First the plant grows, then the head, and then all the grain in the head. When the grain is ready, the farmer cuts it, because this is the harvest time.” Mark 4:26-29
