Yet, Peter denied knowing Jesus when his life became threatened by that association. Jesus predicted it, but he loved him anyway. This is forgiveness. Above all, there is Love.
In our humanness, we fall, but never doubt Jesus. He is waiting to pick up the pieces to transform, restore, and forgive. This is love above all else.
Is there someone who has betrayed you? Extend forgiveness so that you heal the boiling rift within yourself. Love of Jesus can only flourish when we get everything else out of the way.
