Captured Thoughts

The more chaotic our lives become, the harder it is not to overthink, allow anxiety to run rampant, and feed the sordid agitation that comes with discontent. Our decisions become impulsive because chaos is wearisome. When this mode of living becomes the norm, we are no longer nourishing our souls. We are just surviving. We can not win the war against evil forces this way.

In the heat of a demonic battle, chaos is rampant. It is a daily onslaught. Each of us must learn to slow down our minds, thoughts, and movements in order to think before we speak or act. By doing so, we have given ourselves a window of time to consult the Holy Spirit within. An enemy war waged against your requires a warriors focus. It is deliberate. The surrounding world moves in slow motion as you shut out the noise and hone in on your mission.

Do you know your mission?

As Spiritual Warrior’s, our mission is God’s mission. We must be able to capture our thoughts and redirect them towards Holiness. If we do not take the initiative to do so, the enemy captures them for evil, confusing purposes. Pretty soon, we do not recognize ourselves at all.

Our homes are mission fields. Our homes are also a safe place for reconnecting with God, planting encouragement, and strengthening your faith daily. Nourish and capture that time so that it becomes who you are instead of the enemy’s alternative. By the way, home is not a building. Home is wherever God is! Warrior on.
