What are you allowing in your thoughts that self sabatoges your peace, creates endless self doubt, or drains the life right out of you? By allowing it to continue on day after day you begin to still the Holy voice within that screams victory, peace in the valley, you’ve got this keep going, red flag listen up, think this through, and you are loved beyond measure. Both are powerful states of being, but only one is truly life sustaining in a healthy way. Your true power comes from Holy within. Don’t give it up your power to mind games so easily. Pay attention.
