What Are You Chasing?

“Those who chase riches are constantly falling into temptations and snares. They are regularly caught by their own stupid and harmful desires, dragged down and pulled under into ruin and destruction. For the love of money and what it can buy is the root of all sorts of evil. Some have already wandered away from the true faith because they craved what it had to offer; but when reaching for the prize, they found their hands and hearts pierced with many sorrows.” 1 Timothy 6:9, 10 (The Voice, Ecclesia Translation)

Riches = not only money, but anything you chase after in life other than the Divine Holy One first and foremost; hobbies, careers, lifestyles, a certain look, love interests, sedating reality, in pursuit of superficial happiness all cost you by way of money, your life, or both

True Riches = Divine Holy One in your life first and foremost, which leads to a life rich in contented happiness no matter your circumstances and allows for the right people, hobbies, things, and even money to find you.

Stop chasing, slow down, spend time with Holy, and find your true faith again in happiness.
