Truth never needs anger. Loud voices do not get the truth across any better than just the facts. There is power in calmly stating the truth while others rise up in anger, excuses, manipulation, or indignant debates. Do not join them.
The one who has knowledge uses words with restraint,
 and whoever has understanding is even-tempered. Proverbs 17:27
