We live in a fast paced world where immediate answers are expected, impulsive buying is prevalent, and waiting is seen as an annoyance. But, that is not the way of God.
When God says to wait are you listening? The wait is for a reason. Pray for the patient endurance of Christ in the wait whether it is monetary decisions, a health crisis, personal difficulties, or struggles of your children for that is the only way to make it right and good.
Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name. Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in you. Psalm 33:20-22
Trust the wait. God is good all the time, but sometimes we must wait in Him to see the goodness. Don’t give up. Keep praying.
