In relationships trust is imperative otherwise love becomes an impulsive chase. In our relationship with Jesus we know He lives within. Jesus knows what calms us down and what riles us up. We may not see Him at work, but Jesus works on our behalf all day and all night for our greater good. As well, Holy is our mediator in the courts of Heaven against the enemy’s accusations against us. In the depths of our souls we trust in that and know that God always sees the bigger picture.
Holy sends us friends to share good times with, to laugh, to study His Word together, and to hold each other up in prayer. It is sacred. Trust that.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Find your Christ tribe and do the work to deepen your trust in the only one who understands each of us. Keep watch for the strong in faith Holy sends into your life. When you build your trust in Jesus your tribe will be His eyes and ears, too. Trust that!
