While most focus on the beautiful depiction of Easter, the stone beckons you to search deeper. Biblically, stones are symbolic of God’s solid strength of character, His steadfast nature, and a permanence that stands against the rages of time. The stone speaks truth to the salvation of humanity through Jesus rising from the tomb.
The stone (Jesus) the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this,
and it is marvelous in our eyes. The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad. Psalm 118:22
Jesus is the stone that still carries the weight of the world.
God is reliable. Jesus is relatable. Stones are still rolling. Rise and Rejoice!
