It is in the surrendering we find the true nature of God as well as who we have become in this life. When we relinquish control and just be, we see the presence of God everywhere. It is in the silence of surrender we then see how control becomes fruitless. Peace comes when we are able to let go and let God.
And going a little farther, he fell on the ground and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him. And he said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.” Mark 14:35-36
Even Jesus had to surrender to God’s will. Ask Jesus for help. Holy Spirit come.
