I love to sit down on my deck overlooking the pasture with journal and bible in hand, and just have a conversation with God. I am always enlightened to deeper meanings of scripture, the intricacies of life, and the vast wisdom of Holy creation. I look forward to that sacred space in time when the world falls away and God tells of His mysterious ways. It is a display of true and utter love that goes both ways.
And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. Mark 12:30
This has been a hard year for me health wise. Yet, while I do not know what is next God does know. I fully trust in His timing, His way, His plan. Through His Holy Word, Prayers, Conversations, and Songs of assurance I draw strength in the waiting and that is enough.
Take time to sit with God and talk about your life, what is going on, your feelings, what is bothering you, or in thankfulness the many blessings you have right now. Just you and Holy.
