Holy longs for a moment of our time every hour of every day. Do you make time for God? We humans have the ability to plan too much in our daily lives that we make it difficult to schedule time with Holy. Many times, there are simply not enough hours in the day for Him.
Why does adding a sit-down talk with God to daily responsibilities, tasks, and to-do’s so hard? It should be the first and most important thing to do. How else will we know where to go next, who to pray for, how to serve, what to say, and how to help.
To sit with God and just talk to Him is one of the greatest gifts we can freely enjoy. It is healing. Mysteries are revealed, and courage pondered. Questions are heard, and answers come in His timing.
Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world… James 4
