God has reminded me a lot this year that self care is important for the long haul in enemy territory on earth. Holy cares about what He created in you. There is sowing without and sewing within. Both are important.
Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3
What you sew into your life either enhances the Holy Spirit within or hinders it. It either promotes your physical and mental health or destroys it.
God is reminding you, today, that to function wholly in and with the Holy Spirit we must sew in self care through His Holy Word, meditating on Him in your Prayers, and praise through songs of healing while we seek answers from Jesus. We cannot effectively sow without for God when we are in turmoil within. Ask Jesus to help you sew a self care plan into your life to guarantee the enemy does not get a stronghold anywhere within you.
