Road to Peace

Without prayer we do not develop a strong habit of doing life with God. It is a discipline of your most important relationship in life. When we only pray on Sunday, holidays, in a crisis, or once in a while, we wonder why peace comes and goes.

Peace eludes us like the waxing and waning of the moon phases. Conversations with Jesus throughout each day about everything is the path to the habit that will establish your prayer life.

Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4

The rod and staff are tools used by shepherds to guide, direct, and protect. Jesus is your shepherd. Seek your shepherd in prayer and you will find your road to peace amid all things in life, even to be thankful in joy in your hardest days. Shalom
