How? Focus – Paying Attention to deeper meanings of actions/ words. Patience with yourself and others. Seek the stories of Jesus. Ask Holy Spirit to show you, change you, give your heart an understanding beyond this world. Pray alot throughout the day, everyday. Spend time in nature, calming your mind and spirit, and in silence to hear your soul speak to you. You will understand, then, that the importance of training yourself to be positive leads to happiness in all circumstances….. Shalom
