To only chase the money negates living life purposefully. Life on earth is not supposed to be about running around detached from our family, friends, and strangers just to have success to brag about to others. Living purposefully engages with God then others to bring His Word and wisdom to the world through kindness, compassion, and speaking truths.
All humans are like grass and all their glory is like flowers of the field…. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the Word of God stands forever. Isaiah 40:6
A life well lived on earth that matters is one who puts on the garments of Jesus every morning and sees the opportunities before them to speak truths, offer kindness, and share the love of Jesus. God gets the glory, not selfishness. We cannot take anything with us at the end of this life. All we have is how our heart touched others through Jesus.
Live purposefully for when you arrive in Heaven your money will not matter. Only your heart posture is considered.
