Joy in the Moment: vibrant happiness, good cheer, finding good and joyful moments within each and everyday

“You love what is right and hate what is wrong.” Hebrews 1:9

Each day that dawns brings with it frustrations, healing, anger, happiness, aggravations, shedding teardrops of success, or weeping in heartbreak, and the list goes on. We make a choice each time how to respond. If we focus on the negatives our day becomes long, tiresome, and sickening. For each angry moment slash it with anticipation of something good to come out of it. When frustrations, aggravations, bad moods, and rude people surround you choose silence in the Holy Spirit and beg for a glimmer of something positive. As time goes on you will realize we are all truly Anointed with the Joy of Christ no matter the horror’s going on at home, at work, at school, at church, with family or friends. You just need to ask for it; one day at a time.

God’s Word speaks of Jesus being Anointed with Joy far above others because He loved and focused upon what is right, honesty, integrity, Truth, helping, and hated the wrongs of injustice, selfish intentions, lies, destruction. Even in His last breath on earth He did not give in to bitter anger or accusations. Instead He uttered “Father Forgive Them for They Know Not What They Do” which in reality is a mindset of joy knowing the world would now be reconciled with God in Heaven. He imparts this Anointing of Joy to each of us. Accept It and Change Your Mindset about Life, other people, situations, and circumstances.

Don’t give in to Satan’s games of distractions through hard times and unpleasant people. Take Your God given Joy back and live each moment finding the good. Pass it on.
