Do you seek, listen, and wait for God every day? Do you need to check your phone, the news, emails, texts, and social media before anything else, even God, only to realize you are late, tired, or sleepy, then plan to seek time with Holy later? Yet, on many days later never materializes and God then becomes an afterthought. That is until something major happens in your life!
And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left. Isaiah 30:21
When hard times in life happen, which it will, and you’ve only made connections with the worldly things it will be harder to hear, or even recognize Holy Spirit’s voice, and will not see what Holy puts in front of you.
In the silence, the whispers of God resonate in your spirit and you can easily shut out the world to embrace the spiritual. Make it a habit. God is always there! Waiting…. In the silence.
