To strengthen, there must be action, whether it is building muscle power, dancing, riding horses, gardening, or honing in on our health. There is an inate sense of preparation. There must be knowledge gained. It must become our daily thoughts and a part of physical need. We do the work and put in the effort.
The same must be applied to our earthly walk with Christ. For our heart light to lead the way through the dark, our faith must be strong. The more you put in the work and effort, the more you glow.
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:6
