Hard Lessons

When life’s lessons are hard, it is difficult to comprehend that something must end or die within in order for us to rise up a new and changed person. As well, it is usually a long learning process. Life is hard, but sometimes it is harder than we ever could imagine. Some give up. Some don’t want to change. Some keep striving to understand the meaning of it all. Those who remain in the fight with Holy guidance learn many mysteries and wise lessons that are beyond anything imaginable.

When life drives you to your knees, prayer is the Holy life line that sustains you for the long haul. Life is never clear and easy. Without a personal relationship with Christ, it is easy to get lost in the mud pit of addictions, wallowing in self-pity, or copping a bad attitude for life. This is not how God wants us to live. When we lose our way in life, God always sends helpers, comforters, prayer warriors, protectors, and wise souls. Don’t get so caught up in your difficulties that you miss them when they pass by.

If you are in the midst of hard lessons in life, have you asked the Holy Spirit what needs to change or die within you for you to be fully free in order to rise up in Holy will? Be truthful with yourself. God already knows and still loves you.

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. Psalm 34:17

Deliverance is never immediate. It’s a process. Don’t give up. That is exactly what Satan is waiting for you to do; to join him in the lifeless mud pit. Allow Jesus to save you. Then, bear the fruit of your testimony for others to know the story of what your hard lesson in Jesus’ name.
