Nature shows us the force and power that is uncontainable. It also shows us breathtaking beauty, calm forests, and wild mountain grandeur. Both can be extreme. God’s creation is one of the ways Holy speaks to us. Are we listening yet?
Never take God for granted. Strive to listen for the signs and sounds of nature. When we spend time in nature, we are spending time with the serene power of God Almighty.
It is time to set aside busyness, ruthlessness, chasing deals, and hoarding stuff to better hear Holy Spirit wisdom. We have grown accustomed to our ways and comforts to the detriment of our souls.
But ask the animals, and they will teach you; the birds of the air, and they will tell you; ask the plants of the earth, and they will teach you; and the fish of the sea will declare to you. Job 12:7-8
To survive the onslaught of an enemy running scared we must reevaluate what is most important in life. God’s ways are the only way to live. Seek that every day. We may not live in a war torn country, yet, but the aftermath of storm after storm will render us broken. Yet, if we unite in Jesus name we will not only survive, we will thrive wherever we land.
When God speaks do you listen?
