We all have a sense of what, how, and when we want provisions in life. Living in an impulsive world, we want things to happen now and in a certain way. When it doesn’t happen according to our schedule, we blame God for not caring. That is not fair nor the truth.
God sees a much bigger picture than what we humans are capable of understanding. God is orderly, fair, and provides what we need at any given time. There is always a lesson to learn as we progress through life with Holy. God always gives us what and who we need.
When we do not heal, we become impatient, but God is patient, seeking His timing. When we lose those near and dear grief takes over. God knows and sends others when we need them at the right time. When we are emotionally drained, our thoughts are scattered and say or do things that aren’t in keeping with kindness, fairness, and in love. God is kind, fair, and loves us beyond what we deserve.
Today, reflect on what or who God has sent you in your life just when you needed it. Most of the time, it will catch us by surprise. It never looks like what we expect, but it will be what we need.
God knows. You can trust His timing. He is the only one you can count on in this process we call life.
Soldier on in Jesus’ name. Give thanks for God’s provisions this far and for your future. Stay in the Word. Ask for deeper meaning. Pray diligently. Be the one whom God sends to provide for others in need.
