The essence of living is not just about surviving each day. If you believe you are created to find your happiness perfectly gift wrapped with a big fat colorful bow that serves only you, you have missed the point of truly living. Happiness in life is simply unrestrained beauty, harmony, and dancing in the rain.
Love is wrapped with sacrifice. Grace is wrapped with merciful Forgiveness. Gratitude is wrapped with spiritual experiences that seek to teach. It is always these attitudes that first generate the seeds; then grows into a lifetime of happiness from unpretentious experiences. Happiness then turns into Holy wonder. Are you experiencing Holy wonder in your life? How about trust? Faithfulness? What does your happiness in life look like?
Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. Psalm 37:3
