Discernment in Prayer

Discernment is being able to distinguish between right and wrong, truth and lies, love and deception…. The most important distinction is discerning between God’s voice and satans ploys. It is prayer that makes the difference.

Sometimes we must pray with our eyes closed in the war room to receive God’s guidance. And sometimes, with eyes open and head raised as we garden, drive through the city, or gaze out over the open field, we must converse with Jesus in prayerful searching. Both are needed daily to fully discern Holy will and direction.

God always reveals truth and love whether we want to hear it or not. Satan always plays on our feelings tempting us with our wants in lies of what we think we deserve. Know the difference.

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Corinthians 2:14

God sends us messages, clarity, signs, wonders, and authenticity through the universe He created. Love is always present no matter the message. Ask God for His Holy Discernment, every day and receive these spiritual love notes with open arms.
