Comfort Zone

What is your comfort zone? That place you feel most comfortable, safe, and replenished. Those people who bring out the best in you with encouragement and support. Faith and worship come easy and natural in your comfort zone. But it also rarely bears true fruit of the spirit.

Jesus spent His whole life, from birth, out of His comfort zone, moving from city to city during His ministry to avoid being killed before God’s appointed timing. His life on earth reflected truths, fruits of compassion, serving, and unconditional love, and fulfilling God’s mission. He remained faithful outside of His comfort zone because His goal was God’s goal. Does your life reflect that?

Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:15-17

Step out of your comfort zone with Jesus and into God’s will every day.

At some point in your faith walk on earth you must be the small turtle who digs their way out of the dark and dares to march into the vast ocean. God is with you.
