Be still and know that Holy parted the sea, walked on water, provided for Jonah, healed the girl, saved the woman at the well, and washed the feet of the betrayer anyway. God knows how to handle the chaos. If we look to the Divine instructor, our souls are calmed amid the fight to survive.
Fighting back is never violent. Fighting back always means staying grounded, being still, watching, waiting, planning, listening, praying, walking, breathing…. Be still and let Holiness show you.
