“In the Lord’s hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all humankind.” Job 12:10 (ESV)
I became interested in the study of cells, DNA, familial diseases, etc. when I was diagnosed with a rare, incurable lung disease, Sarcoidosis, over 5 years ago. Without going into great biological details about how fibrous Laminin proteins function in our cells, it was then I learned these cross shaped chains are like “glue” that holds us together (simply said). They even exist in cells within each of our organs. It didn’t escape me that I was learning the scientific evidence behind the Cross of Christ actually living within me, even though I have always known it from a spiritual standpoint. We are beautifully and intricately created. I am still awed to this day to know that all of us, etched within our cells, living within our very being is the symbol of life giving, miracles, healing, sacrifice, love, death, raising up from death, servanthood… This gives new meaning to the words “healing from within” in my mind. To just know that the matrix of Christ’s life blood flows within me gives me peace on earth even though tomorrow is not promised for this earthly body of dust and particles. God taught me about the Laminin at a time in my life when I desperately searched for a way to cure myself medically. Medical Studies have not shown the laminin within the lungs become damaged as the cause of nor as the reason the disease of Sarcoidosis progresses. Dead end? No Way. He chose this time of my searching to use the cross shape of the Laminin to show me that He has saved me many times from the snare of death in the last few years when medical communities couldn’t explain it. I’ve lived from His supernatural healing within and fully know when it is my time to crossover – In His Time – I will go and no amount of medical knowledge, new cures, or better drugs will change that outcome. Until then, God heals me from within over and over. No other debate or explanation is needed for me. He is enough and I am enough just as He created me. He Fights For Me!
I believe our Divine Creator binds us together BOTH biologically and spiritually for a purpose greater than our earthly selves. What unique life do you live that binds you to your Heavenly Creator both physically and spiritually? Think about it! Share your story with someone who needs it Today.
